So the challenge before you is to ensure that monotony does not set in despite the kids practicing a few identical drills everyday. Given below are certain tricks that’ll allow you to execute practice sessions in a disciplined, expected, and an attractive way.

1. Do I need to emphasize this more? You are the kid’s instructor and therefore they will imitate your actions. You should reach the filed on dot, illustrate your ability to tackle the ball, engage everyone in drills, and organize sound practice sessions. This has the effect of winning over the player’s confidence and respect.

2. Tell the kids to come to the field daily with a ball of their own. It’s obligatory for the kids to have a soccer ball each. Keep some extra balls handy in case any of the kids fails to get his.
