I believed I would take a break from my usual monetary meanderings and write about a recent trip my wife and I took to Spain. Like most Brits we craved for a bit of winter sun plus the recent climate inside the UK quite a lot pushed us onto a plane without too much resistance.

Beneath was Lake Vinuela a attractive blue ocean tucked between the rolling hills. We already felt relaxed.

three smart bedrooms, two clean bathrooms, modern day kitchen, lounge and diner all kitted out with home comforts. not that we had been going to invest a great deal of time here however it was great to know we were not going to slum it. Outside we had our own private pool, brick BBQ location and sun terrace with incredible views down the hillside.
After 16 match weeks, Aston Villa are in 16th position in the points table, on the brink of the relegation zone, although West Brom have jumped as much as ninth.
